Find a saved batch by PO #

Type a PO # and tap Load — the labels and the BOL fill in from the saved batch, from any PC. Every batch you print is saved by PO # automatically; Save batch saves the current one without printing.

Order details

Natures Way Of Canada 12 KING EDWARD ST, UNIT 103 — COQUITLAM, BC V3K 4S8
Winners Merchants Intl LP (#892) 3185 American Drive — Mississauga, Ontario L4V 1B8
PO #, Dept. # and DC (From) are shared with the Bill of Lading tab — type them once here and they fill in there too, and the other way around. The total cartons flow to the BOL's first PO row as well. Use the PO # lookup above to pull back a batch you saved before — it fills both tabs. Every batch you print is saved by PO # in the shared store, so it loads from any PC or phone. The authorization # is BOL-only: it comes later and gets filled in on the BOL tab when you receive it.

Zebra printer (ZPL) — for the ZD621 / packout printers

  1. Fill in the order above — the labels build themselves below.
  2. Any regular printer or a Zebra with a Windows driver: hit the red Print All Labels button — a new print window opens with the labels and brings up the print dialog there (allow pop-ups for this page if it doesn't open). Pick the printer, set paper size to 6 × 4 in, margins None. The print window has its own big Print button as a backup.
  3. Zebra the raw way (same as your Excel): download labels.txt and print-labels.bat into the same folder, then double-click the .bat. The path box fills itself for Pickering; for Coquitlam's VN1-PACKOUT-LBL-01, paste its full path from Devices and Printers → printer → Ports.
